That'll be either 7 dollars or 800 depending on if you want just a regular cup of black coffee or a sugar-blasted, sprinkle-coated, mocha honey cake latte. Also, I guess it might have coffee in it or something.

Blacker than death itself. Because with the 800$ I can buy more black coffee, which means more caffeine and I have work to do.

I don't think I did. I myself could use a couple cups of coffee.

It went alright. I mostly spent the day being lazy while my IMT passed papers out to the students. It was cool though, I spent it just being all chill sitting at my desk. This was just for the three honors classes, though. Afterwards, she had a newspaper class and she had some of the students she's worked with before rummage through all their old files to get the paper for this week taken care of. However, she had 3 students that she wasn't working with, so I used that opportunity to get to know them. I threw a bunch of questions their way and acted like an idiot, but it worked pretty well. They're great kids though, and I'm going to have a blast with them.

After all that there was lunch, then I had a meeting with my cohort (all the other student teachers in the same program; there's like 15-20 of us) and our professor/advisor. After that I decided to be proactive and sat in on the debate team's class.

All in all, it was fun and very easy. I have a feeling it won't always be like that, but I can't wait to do it tomorrow. The only part that sucks is the waking up at 5:30 thing.

Now the big question is.


Did you wear a janitors uniform? or at least wield a broom?

Unfortunately, no. I did manage to "Mmm hmm" a couple times, though.

I kid of course. I am with the Mary Lou Fulton Teacher's College at ASU, though. I am starting to wonder about where I want to do my Master's work, though.

lol Well my aunt is doing the student-teacher thing or whatever it is as well. Pretty sure it's at ASU. She's doing computer programming classes though.

I don't think I've met anyone teaching computer classes. Is this her last semester, or is she doing a full year?

Also, did she mention what school she's working at?

I'd ask her more if she wasn't supposed to be asleep. Her and my uncle went to Vegas for the weekend for some computer nerd hackcon thing(relevant because z_Z after). Her fb says "Graduate Teaching Associate at ASU". She also teaches violin and takes some crazy dance classes. I can't keep up with her. >.>
