exactly. blocking doesn't really fix the problem. even if you block the person you can't stand, the disease is still there.

It's a good method, and usually worth a shot. Unfortunately, sometimes PMing someone just exacerbates the problem, even if you want to clear the air. It just depends on who you're dealing with really.
