I remember those days! Gotta start somewhere! First 6 months I was in the gym,I never touched the weights section once. I was too afraid that I look like a little skinny guy lifting ***weight. Then I realized that no one there even cares. Now it's rare to see me anywhere but the weights! As long as you're not screaming your head off pushing baby weight (aka grunting loudly lifting 5kg) you're good :P
