I wasn't going to pay them $50 to hook a modem up....F that.
It wasn't until I was told today that they didn't have a jack that I realized I couldn't skip the $50...instead I get to pay $100 if my landlord doesn't pay for it.

You may want to look into laws in your area Bailie, not having a phone jack may be something the landlord will be required to pay for. Was just talking to my mom about it (she is renting out our old house) and while she is not an expert she said she thinks that having a phone line available in order for the tenants to be able to make 911 calls is required for her (we live in NY state).

That Zelda post just up there (for some reason I can't make a quote) made me dig out my old cartridges for those game and start playing them again. Those 2 are my all-time favorite Zelda games! I even still have the strat guide for them :D
