The Cait Sith doll is not part of the "CE upgrade". Its a a preorder bonus only.
Hm... reading into the ARR CE thing; people with the original CE get all the in-game goodies from the ARR CE for free anyway... but I want the soundtrack and stuff, too... ._.;
