I really like my bed. It's super comfy.
Just fought Itzpapalotl for the first time in ever and totally forgot about his blaze spikes... it was embarrassing.

So xbox reveal today... gonna watch it just so I can lulz over it with my friend... question though is should I turn on my dusty *** xbox to watch it ... or watch it online?

Can someone explain to me if a free ffxi server is a legit thing? Someone asked me in pm and I never been on one or know if its something that isn't going to ask for game info or its something trusted.

MS hasn't exactly instilled much faith in me with how many problems they've had with their current console, i'm not exactly expecting much more then another rushed console.
oh and the inevitable CoD gameplay, and halo ... and other boring old games (Ok halo is OK... CoD... -yawn-)

It works I think but the mobs have no AI and it would basically just be you in an empty world where you can't do anything fun
I'm not sure if you can actually play with someone else on it. It's pointless really

yeah the private server concept for XI is kinda half assed I believe, nothing really works out that well since it's just bits and pieces strung together, they don't have the full code so you're basically playing in a world that the AI can't do anything.
The person said its without pol and they wanna do some contests I guess for giving relics or whatever. For me, I would say no but I need to research what it is and make sure its not going to be a 3rd party thing to hack accounts etc.

I had a guy I know irl send me info for one, and he used to play, said it worked pretty well. I'm weary of trying it. He said it doesn't need account info. I would have to do some steps before I tried though:
Set it up on a blank box that I freshly imaged
set up a proxy
put that PC in it's own vlan
give it a whirl.
if somebody wants the link they can PM me, but it's at your own discretion, I'm by no means endorsing it. I have yet to try it. I may soon though, as I finally moved my network to itself so I can fiddle as much as I want.

I don't think he'd have much success, and I definately don't think SE would just turn their heads to someone advertising an unofficial server on FFXIAH. It'd be a bad idea.
