ok so ... apparantly XI hates being in full screen ... the stutter is BARELY noticeable in windowed mode... you know what... i'm totally ok with that...

Worked like a charm back on my old 1920x1200 GeForce 7600 GT GO laptop for fullscreening just fine. But on this desktop it wouldnt play nicely with dual GTX690's.Regardless if I was using 1 or 3 of my 1920x1080 screens. I thought it exceptionally weird because I never had ANY of the other problems people were having with any of the 5xx or 6xx series cards,other than my crashing when alt+tab from true fullscreen So far otw home my iPhone has played all Kamen Rider music :3
