Reading all this awesome information on RUN and GEO is driving me up a wall. Sadly I won't be able to get SoA until April.

I hate when people make video files retardedly big just because though, when there's no noticable difference in quality. Like the sub group coalgirls or coalguys, can't remember which. They release files like 18 gb instead of 3-4 >_>

there's a difference between noticeable difference, and actual difference.
there's also archiving formats, some people have the space to store/use archive formats, others don't.
I've actually been meaning to update the things I have to their highest possible quality, and then making a backup, and then probably ripping a usable format to stream.

I try and archive (via external) in FLAC and leave the more conventional format to ogg vorbis in 320kbps vbr.
Now I just need to learn if there is any practical benefits or application between archiving and playback on disc drives and SSDs.

took me and my friend took like 10 hours to set up his PC last night (ok ok cause we ended up derping around half the time rofl ...)
All he needs now to have a perfect computer (as in no problems...) is a new wifi dongle (His is old as dirt... doesn't like windows 7 I think)

doesn't surprise me...
People have forgotten the ways of old style leveling in exchange for the quick paced leeching system now (I mean it's not a bad thing.... but it just harbors extra crappy players....)
I'm still not really sold on the new expansion... I'd much rather waste my money on a game I play more lol.

You don't hafta to me.. I didn't like Abyssea. I wont be going back to XI no matter how many expansions they release for it. The love and excitement is gone~ a month from now everyone will be bored in PJ again.

It's not sad lol... it doesn't take very long at all to lv these days... with a ring you can get to lv 13 in about an hour... a couple hours to get to 30 in a page burn... another 4-6 hours to get to 90-99 dependant on how good the party is... or you just pay up and sit in a burn all night and voila! your in your 90's already...

Dear god we agree on something again,thats what I was telling everyone lol.They'll be bored idling in jeuno/adoulin in a few weeks after they spam through everything easily

I'll end up duoing RUN & GEO to 99 like I have been with BRD, more fun that way and no stress building a shout group or paying for one.
