not to gross anyone out but when i had my wisdom teeth yanked i was bleeding alot. Mom tried to feed me pudding and it went down, tho i thought i tasted copper. about an hour later i was right as i threw up all the pudding + a noticable amount of blood too. Took a while to stop bleeding so much >_<;

I should probably move down a clothes size actually,but I'm too cheap to buy a bunch of new pairs of pants lol
They're basically barely staying up anymore,and if I put my phone or wallet in my pocket they fall down from the weight.
I wanted to get cut and bulk at the same time because of the eventual goal (big muscle,low body fat %) but I've come to realize it's gonna be alot better if I do it one at a time. Even when I started I wasnt looking fat or anything.I had a belly sure that I picked up from breaking my knee and being bed ridden for 6+ months that I never lost. But overall I was a slim enough looking 6'0. Now it's shrunk a bit and mostly lost it in my waist and sides.

Belts dont go with bottoms,since I rarely wear my jeans or any type you could wear a belt with!

Neither was i until i joined the navy and wore coveralls down in the main engineering space. Holy crap are they comfy in high heat. The feeling you get when it is over 110 degrees and you stand under the ventilation with the front slightly open so its blowing down your coveralls and flowing around your privates.....priceless

Funny you say that, I'm part german, native america, and a whole lotta irish. I have a polish last name but it is only because my father was adopted

No D: I had a bad weekend since I was home alone and knew I was changing my program today :x Been eating healthy all day though,and gonna get back to continuing!

I'm usually significantly under my caloric intake every day,but restraint is my issue. I'll have a bad drink or a bad snack and suddenly I've had 2 whole days of bad food,so I just try stay clean the entire time. Not to mention my favourite drinks/snacks are all the massively unhealthy ones :x
