I used to hate onions. I'd pick them out of sauces and stuff. I can't eat raw ones, but I can eat cooked now.
I'm not a huge fan on onions in general.. the red ones are the only ones i can tolerate, and only in a small portion.
I only really put them on cheeseburgers/salads/wraps.
And we use them when I make homemade salsa :3

If you have too much onion, you get some serious rank breath and its a little harsh taste wise (cooked onions are repulsive to me, they are slimey and just.. not appetizing)
But if it's just a hint, it gives stuff a nice crunch and kinda fresh feel to it. /shrug

Its very rarely I eat onions at all. I eat around them in curry and stuff. The only time I bother eating them is if someone makes a sammich or breadroll (which is EXTREMELY rare,once every 5 or 6 years) with them in it,and even then only if they're cut real fine
I like making soups in the slow cooker haha onions are mandatory but I like them soft with most of the flavour having gone to the broth

These ones look a little scary compared to the ones i make but..
with my experience eating them.. they look really *** weird, and then you try it and you're like..
"Okay, I'll just take this plate and go sit over here.. No you can't have one! /runs away"
