I'm not as mad as I should be because:
1) I had just quit (but was going to play with a RL friend of mine starting today here and there)

Well, if you aren't mad, then why make this thread?
Call SE when they're open and say you need your password changed and give them your personal info / token info. My friend had to do this a lot and it's really quick and painless. My personal experiences with SE have been good as well.
