yea dont think its real, but that is a public street so the kids where in the right unless they where making to much noise violating some sort of ordance.

Looks horribly fake for the simple fact he just strolls away after "shooting" them and I don't really see any blood. The kids also just sitting there on the sidewalk look at them in the street seems fake.
A sound that loud would send kids running/screaming most likely... even if not screaming at LEAST ducking behind something.
