I suppose I'll toss this Shadow Gorget in there :P. Although my first 3 Evis with Gorget all did considerabl less damage then before. Although I have no Pizza on or anything, was just messing around.

Switching from PCC to shadow gorget most definitely did not cause your decrease. Shadow gorget would be an improvement in every aspect over PCC for evis, both acc and dmg. You likely changed another variable, fought a different mob, or just got unlucky with crits/multi-attacks.

Oh I know. I got that Gorget long before abyssea came out in a time when I rarely used Evisceration so I never even realized the Gorget went with Evisceration until like 10 mins after I posted this thread.

I fully realize that those were just unlucky weapon skills and my post with those numbers wasn't very serious or a test at all. I put the gorget in my macro knowing that it's better and I don't plan on reverting the macro cause of my unlucky low WS numbers. Was just playing with Trollryan over there.

I personaly prefer kubira no time to make shadow gorget.. In teory Sea gorget>all for ws on what i remember.. but you can still make your build..Evisceration is a multihit ws that can do Incredible dmg in Abyssea(called raised Ws) all the dmg of it is based so on critical atma.. RR/GH will help just take 1 of this 2 and you can see the difference.. anyway i let you know my build isnt so much good but at least i did 2k-3k sometimes evisc which RR/VV now need test GH input /equip feet "hct. leggings"

i use razed ruins and sanguine scythe and i hit sneak attack eviseration for easily 3k almost every time unless se hates me at that moment so far i have 12% in crit hit damage + gear once i get loki kaftan ill have +17% plus those 2 atmas give u 30% damage increase each makes it well worth it to use them
