how does blu magic skill effect blu physical spells? is it only acc. or is it dmg also? does anybody knwo?

My assumption was always both, I know they have BLU damage tiers based off of your magic skill, i believe its skill x .11 = damage tier, someone correct me if I'm wrong. Someone like Nightfrye or Blazza would know more definitive.
