I don't want to take away freedom...I just want to have a record for us to use. They are not going to stop people from calling people the C I understand that and it’s no biggy to me. I understand that they own this and can kick me off at any time if they wanted to. But to keep people in here that just keep breaking the rules over and over and over again...why would they do that? There must be a reason.

You really don't need a record for this, just hang around the forums for a while and you'll begin to get an idea of who can be a douche, who's an idiot, who knows their stuff, and who, for whatever reason, you just don't get on with.
As for this being a dictatorship, yeah it is, but I wouldn't have it any other way. From what I've seen of all the mods/admins, they're some of the most level headed and intelligent people ever. Every decision has sound reasoning behind it, they communicate well with the community and do a damn good job of site upkeep. Then on top of that, they're all just overall nice people, and they don't go crazy with power either.
And then of all of that still isn't enough for you, and you still can't deal with the odd person being a bit rude, then perhaps the internet isn't the place for you until you grow a slightly thicker skin =).

In all seriousness this sounds like someone is back seat modin and its going to spark disputes all over. If you aren't sure about something just PM a mod and ask them. If you are sure it is a violation then report the post. Thread will get flamed fo sure, just saying.

This thread is pointless. As far as policing the forums go, let the Mods do that. As far as i'm concerned, they already do a very good job of it. Sure there are threads and discussions that have "grey" areas and by literal definition, "break the rules", but if people didn't feel like they could contribute an honest opinion in a way that allows them to do so, there would be no discussions at all. The mods have thier ways of keeping track of repeat offenders who cant seem to keep thier ***together on here, and so when they decide enough is enough, they can toss in a banhammer and all is well. Your idea is sound in theory, bad in practice.
tl;dr: House Rules.

Well I made this for other people that see the rules beeing broken not just for myself so if they want to post on here they can I guess unless the owners deside to get rid of this topic for w/ever reasion. Just know that not all of us enjoy beeing trashed on all the time.

Honestly what are you on? If you are unhappy about something discuss it with the mods, we are not in charge here they are, so what is the point of talking about whether person A or person B was right on an online community, it's hardly going to decide the next president (yet).
Like above poster said, everyone has their own opinions and attitudes, it's called society. Oh so you want to record EVERY regulation that comes to pass on this site, well in case you haven't noticed, there are not any rules besides the common sense and consideration you employ in every day life. There is no point to this useless idea of yours other than to stir up trouble against the mods at a later date by referring to something they might have said a year ago that contradicts something else. It is not your place.

Rules are meant to be broken.
The rules here only serve as guidelines as how to act human-ish.
In the end it's up to the people in charge and their minions.
This is a privately owned website so what they say goes.
But the only thing that really gets on their nerves is:
Sure when people keep tossing around vulgarities like ***, ***, etc. the mods will tell you to tone it down. If you continue they can do whatever they feel necessary.
Is the idea behind this website so hard to grasp? Why do people demand free speech on here? lol

Think of this website as a giant mansion owned by the Scragg brothers and Jaerik. Krizz, Aly, and Anye are like their personal security team.
The rules are meant to aid people along who don't understand what civil means. They are not laws. Even then laws are meant to broken, but that's not the case for a privately owned entity.

Debates and arguments here are usually civil for the most part; there's a difference between a heated debate and just all-out attacking each other. If someone does step out of line, there is a "report" button on posts and you can always send a private message to one of the mods also.
If you can't take the heat, stay out of the kitchen...or grow a thicker skin.
Plus it's funny sometimes, like you owning Starr the other day.

Hi. I would like to start a topic to record the misuse of this website. I have read the rules believe that some people are still allowed to participate regardless of consequences. I would like this just to be a record for us the users. So if you see something that looks like it is breaking the rules quote it here. Then we can discuss whether or not that person actually is breaking the rules or just stating an opinion. I know it is not for us to decide but I think our opinion should count for something. And I for one would like to know just what we can and can not get away with in black and white.
