Its the red dragon guy that roams around in the Wyverns in that area, can't recall his name, but he's a timed pop like 10-15 minutes or so.

Wrong wyrm. Kur drops the begrimed dragon hide which is for Isgebind, in Abyssea- Ule.
Hazhdiha spawns like every 10-15? From the Ergdrakes east of conflux 4. Pretty straightforward Dahak/Shadow dragon mob.
Trolling aside from others in the thread.. key item comes from the dahak NM near conflux 4 named Hazhdiha.
