Yeah, I was swapping back and forth from Gorget/Other Element Belt and I finally decided that the Torque was giving more stable damage because of the added Katana skill.
Just got my Ningi +2, so hopefully we can do the Cactuar with not many problems. We have a decent group running with us every night, 12 people maybe. So, we'll just stack bodies probably. Haha.
oh i mean loki, my melee set is pretty much +2 iga.
That ***with any haste... <3 long time
I was actually curious, do you still use Ocelot/Dusk for hands? Or are you doing full +2? How often does the set bonus proc? Like, is it 10% for each +2 piece, or..

If its anything like the other sets its aprox 10% with all 5 :P
Altough I would change belt with Anguinus, and hat with Anwig Salade.
Also, +7 Ring in place of +5, and Centaurus in place of Drone.
I'm pretty confident +10 Att > +3 Agi.
Now things would be different if you were attackcapped maybe, but on Ninja I don't think that's going to happen easily, even with Berserk Up, especially with the combination of Atmas you're using.
Pants are probably the best, but I'm still wondering how would Tumbler compare with them. Has anybody done some math about it?
18att vs 10agi, it's almost a 2:1 ratio, it's a lot. I'd love to see some math, but both of them are probably very close to each other anyway, am I right?

I'm pretty broke at the moment. My friend helped me buy my Hachi Sune-ate, so, I'm pretty deep in debt.
I don't know, with something with as big as a mod as Blade: Hi, wouldn't we benefit more from stacking AGI?

On the pants probably, but 10 atk -> 3 AGI unless you'r capped on attack.
Pretty decent dmg, i have dmg on screen and i could care less, i just look at it % wise lol...
In dyna it was sexy... but what i love most is fast *** attacking with aftermath. Wish 3rd stage aftermath would proc more...
edit: iono why itemsets for me puts kannagi offhand, thats how i roll lulz
I personally use RR, GH, and Apoc. When I first got my 85 upgraded, I used VV and wasn't that impressed with the damage. :/ I noticed a huge increase in stability and overall damage with GH.

The pixie earring! The pixie earring! RUN FOR YOUR LIVES!
Obviously went the Bushi route.
I first leveled NIN just as a sub-job, but I needed a tank job leveled. I had SAM leveled long before I leveled NIN.
Unfortunately, SAM is pretty lulz now and you can merit STR and GK Skill, you can't merit Dual Wield. And NIN has become my career job at the beginning of February when I decided I wanted to upgrade Kannagi. Actually, just got my ore earlier today.

Actually the mod is not "insanely big", it's 60%, which sure is a pretty high mod of course but it's not like it's the highest around.
Aside from that anyway, of course you're right. Stacking AGI is the way to go, but there has to be a "balance" ratio.
Some sort of point after which stacking another stat is going to be more performant than AGI.
An easy example: in a single slot you can equip 30 attack or 1 AGI. Altough "stacking AGI" is the way to go, the ratio here is 30:1, so it's gonna be better to go for Attack despite of the modstacking.
It's similar with Cerberus vs Drone, 10 vs 3. (of course we're not considering you attackcapped, but it's very unlikely to happen for a ninja anyway)
These were kinda easy examples where it's easy to tell which way to go. Tumbler vs AGI pants is not an easy example instead, and that's why I was asking if anybody did some theorycrafting on it.
Altough in all honesty I think both options are gonna be pretty close, imho.
Why is this in ws set?
Centarus or anything atk/agi+ would do better
I'll look into getting that earring. Trying to get Agi Pearl Earring made. Friend is obsessed with getting HQ and won't just sell me the NQ. But thank you for the upgrade advice.
Yes, I skimmed over most of it looking for key words, and none were to my liking, most were subjective to who was talking or what they had. Well a better question is whats the Best Blade: Hi Atmas and WS Gear, or your dream setup and atmas?
unless you're talking about something that is situational Enygma3 then go with RR, GH, AoA. If you have Blade: Hi you should know this.. it's also listed pretty much all over the Ninja forums. Some people do have preferences that are different for whatever they might be doing i.e. Ninjitsu damage, or soloing something or needing eva build etc but most of the time most of the people go with the 3 I mentioned.
Razed Ruin & Apocalypse for the DD/Accuracy (from Dex), and apoc the Same number of life as a cat have. (death ? mijin gakure, reraise, death again ? revitalizer, mijin gakure, reraise...death again ? find a blue chest 2H restore !).
AoA is not just for the reraise.... Its for the Triple Attack. That Triple Attack can put out some crazy numbers on Hi. As for RR, that is obvious, and GH should be just as obvious. Offering more Crit hit rate, and 50Agi(The mod for Hi).

you get a grand total of 1% evade rate with 5/5 agi, just saying
if all you do is abyssea, sure, i guess 5/5 agi wouldn't be so bad, but once you're outside (which we will be somewhat at least, ala 90-99), that str would do you more good than the agi through and through tbh

AoA has no reraise, infact i've never even heard of AoA dont you mean Alpha and Omega for the triple attack?
Either way you're thinking of apocalypse.
