If You're A Guy, Why Do You Play As A Girl?

Galka are the only race that should ever be able to wear subligar. In fact, I encourage it. ^_^

xD Yes~ That's always cute too. I donno, I think the people who play as Galka are more comfortable with things in life. I mean, they're playing the race that people make of, being that they're fat or smelly, yet most of the people with the Galka race that I've played with have some great personalities and aren't afraid of speaking their mind, though, it can get to the extremes...

...oh gawd! You just ruined their tails for me. ; ; They were always so fun to hug but now, I have to be extra careful with them. :|

I always afk over top of afk-ing tarus so their head is right on the non-existant crotch sack.

Unless you are a female taru you should be safe.

Well, if you read the cutscenes and story you find that all races stemmed from Hume.

The humes that ran off and mated with lizards and dragons became Galkas.

The humes that slammed cats eventually became what we know of as Mithra.

The humes that sexed up dhalmels became Elvaan.

And finally, the humes who pounded mandragoras became Tarus.

Because I didn't know the answers. I'm sorry maybe I should stick to TSA threads and threads about religion. People were having a civilised discussion about it, I don't see the problem. Unless you're baiting again I guess.

I love threads like this. They're open and honest (usually) and its a lot of fun to see why other people do the things that they do. I understand why people choose mithra or galka, etc. based on their stats, but for others that choose them for other reasons like myself, its fun to find out why. Thanks for the interesting topic. One of the few threads I've enjoyed reading. :)

Because most of the time I get the "To look at a females *** for 6+ hours" answer, and I wanted to see if anyone else had a different perspective on it. Of course I could predict some answers like stat differences and I mentioned that in the OP.

When my ex introduced me to the game, he let me play his RDM. Of course I got him killed immediately, but I fell in love with the job. I was always one who loved the idea of a mage class that could melee. Anyways when he bought the game for me an let me create my own, I actually did a bit of research because I wanted to make sure I picked the right race for my RDM. I instantly fell in love with Mithra. For 2 reasons, because of the stats, an well aesthetically it suited my role play person I always imaged for Nindo. She'd be lithe an athletic, kinna short, an sassy. An well why not have ears an a cute tail :P. An after watching little cs for picking the Mithra race I knew that was right choice for me.

Did anyone else make the same mistake as me when came to picking hair color? I have a old tv, so when I was going thru the options I landed on 6B (red headed mithra). But on my screen her hair appeared brownish, which is normally what I go for in most games is hair similar to my own hair color irl. So I went with that, an then later on realized it was red. But at that time it grew on me an I actually like it. First character in a game that I've ever had red hair.

Oh forgot to add, I am a girl playing a girl character. But I also have a 2nd character I made (for holding Nindo's stuff, but to also play), thats a male elvaan. Hes actually pretty fun, an well I take pleasure in harassing my poor boyfriend by asking for kisses on him xD.

Edited to add I usually pick females, an mainly suit them around the role play/image I have in my head. Which normally tends be whatever chick is badass an ninja like. Lithe an athletic, etc.

Only regret I have from XI is not being a Galka. I do like my characters skin though, not a typical pretty boy hume.

i sometimes regret being a taru, since i forsook mage jobs and became a melee. i always plasticsurgeon to hume m.

This is a topic that's always fascinated me, but it's hard to really talk about without offending people.

To me, the big thing is that it breaks immersion. Part of playing MMOs is a certain voluntary suspension of disbelief. My avatar is the center of my play experience, and a female avatar representing "me" makes that incrementally more difficult.

In other words, when I'm playing a male character, it just kinda fades naturally into the world and I can pay attention to everything going on around me instead. When I play a female character, I spend all my time being weirdly aware of that fact, and that tends to detract from everything else.

How many of you guys who play girl characters jerk off when you play? Lets be honest here. I am sure there are some sick *** who do.

To the character or the hentai being watched on the second monitor... not that I play with dual monitors for that reason or anything... just saying is all >.>;

I play as a female on my mule because I thought it would be hilarious to have a 100 craft on a char named Meganfox.
