Initial thoughts: ZOMG THIS IS AWESOME.

Second thought: Wait a second, that Avatar: Increases "Blood Pact" damage just completely negated the 14 fights it took me to get my Royal Redingote with the PhysAttk/MagAttk augments. >_<

On a good note, that thing is incredibly easy to win now and you can redo the fight for something else! :D

Body and hands are sex . at least relic gear still has it's uses and these pieces dont make them garbage like some jobs (see BLM and Z mitts)

My redingote got destroyed too, but i'm actually looking forward to replacing it with the AF3 body. Redingote will still be good until you manage to get AF3 body, who knows how hard it is to obtain and upgrade.

The hands are incredible, what with /SCH now getting ss and blink and 3hp > mp sublimation when subbed, with relic head and caller's pendant also weather dependant, SMN/SCH is gonna have a huge revival and could easily beat /RDM for most situations.

The enhances avatar acc on af3 hands I doubt will replace relic hands for physical BPs, which has +24 physical BP acc total, but it's a nice bonus for when the avatar is out and meleeing

You do know BP delay kicks in when you execute the BP, not when it goes off right? you can swap into -BP delay as you activate the BP then swap into gear that enhances BP power/acc before it goes off.

Yep its pretty easy to test, make a /recast "blood pact: rage" macro then do a BP on a mob with 0 -BP delay then start spamming that recast macro, then do it again with BP delay gear

nono i realize there has always been a delay between when the BP delay gets calculated and the actual BP goes off, BUT can i really swap in +gear for the pact and have it make a diffrence? Ever do any testing?

I still get the -12 seconds on BP timer (need to buy a tiresias cape to cap ._.;) but also get to wear maximum potency gear for my BPs.

edit: and yeah I do get the full bonus from the +mab gear and stuff.

Really though, the real bonus is that i can toss out some of the excess -bp stuff i have lying around. Yay for + inventory!!!!

I actually swapped to PC during the THF AF3 legs lolocaust on xbox users :P and i'm never looking back, using .txt files for swapping all gear in one line is just amazing and I can do that entire BP stuff in one macro :D

I'm not that interested in spellcast really, Tried reading up on how to work it but it would seem to do a lot of my job for me, which I would hate, and I prefer to manually swap to situational gear instead of having a script do it.
