Where is some good places to solo or get exp at level 69 on thf?

do some campaign, can't hurt :P

aside from that you may survive in cape terrigan if you're good and have bloody bolts.

When I hit level 69 on DNC, I just did Bastion in Misareaux Coast until I hit level 70. If you have it, sub WHM. You will get AoE'd to death. Toss Dias on a few mobs and whiff away on others. The exp won't be phenomenal, but it will do the trick and net you some Resistance Credits as well.

Once I hit 70, I didn't have any problems getting into Abyssea alliances and I rode those to the level cap. With the cap going up again to 90 tomorrow, I don't know if it will still be that easy to get into alliances for awhile.

Im not to fond of Abyssea. Campaign battles r fun also. i tried Cape terrigan but mobs keep killing me. Marksman is @ 200ish i think

I did a lot of FoV in the cape on my THF at that level, but I always did so with my fellow in tow.

I remember killing stuff there solo near 70, try to team up with somebody and duo pages if you don't want to do campaign/abyssea but to be honest to not do abyssea would be kind of silly if you CAN get a party on that job for it, just a better use of time (but to each their own)

edit: also you may want to check your evasion build (I haven't looked, but it would be best to have as much as reasonably possible if you're underleveled, and relying on bolts) if the mobs can't hurt hit you, they can't hurt you :D

lol got into a abyssea party last night as i was getting ready to skill up marksman and got thf from 69 to 75 (10k tnl). Only problem i had with getting into an abyssea party on thf is i hate to pull but i got into a worm party so we roamed the area and it was nice. Got the 6 levels in less then 3 hrs even.

You hate pull. Why do you play THF ? THF has been puller since the start of FFXI not just Abyssea.

WTF thats like a whm not liking to cure people. PLD not wanting to tank. or a RNG who doesnt like to use ranged. at least now i know why your soloing.

lol i soloed and campaign battled most of it. i only level thf 4 TH. I dont mine pulling but since this is my 1st job the u normally pull mobs in party i was unprepared and don't know the pattern (what links or aggo)
