200ish miles a week on the bike, 3 days of non biking cardio (fossil park obstacle course), and 4 days a week in the gym :( eatin healthy be expensive though.

Lucky have you measured body fat on professional scales or do you use purchased scales? 2% is absolutely nuts, I'm not doubting you because it's obvious your body fat is very low, but even the most shredded elite athletes tend not to get below 4%. It's virtually impossible.

^ lol was maybe one or two % off lol its been awhile since i actually had to measure my body fat i dont do this for Competition i do this just becoz it gets the girls lol. But yea i have thought about going into competition but idk it seems abit much for me yea im sorta headed in that direction but idk.
and yes Bacon its measured as like 2% but your not actually 2% literally. Unless im actually dead but i can still type

lool my dad pushes me every day to do better than my last so yea my dad makes sure the discipline is there lol or i have to do alot of Deadlifts

That is really awesome that your dad encourages you like that, he looks in good shape himself, sounds like a cool guy. Yeh I'm not sure 2% is even possible to remain alive >.> but mad props for reaching 5-7%, that's professional athlete standard.
