I have never seen any of the Fate series, would it be better to watch this new one then the older one or does it matter?

There is something about Stay/Night that comes across a bit more adolescent than the new slightly darker more adult take that is the current /Zero. While /Zero I suppose is technically a prequel you could easily see it more as a straight remake from an alternate setting/timeline and thus does not really require prior knowledge of the series though it wouldn't hurt.
As for the film, that was just erratic. Personally would not recommend though it gets a high rating from others.

Fate/Zero is watchable on it's own, however I personally would not advise it, Fate/Stay Night is an enjoyable series as well and should be watched before hand if you really want to get the most out of it. There's also some things you wouldn't understand too well in Fate/Zero without prior knowledge of Fate/Stay Night, but from the people I've talked to who haven't watched it, it doesn't affect it too much.
As mentioned above, the film is pretty bad, it was done more as fan service for those who played the UBW route in the VN.
It was last season but I just finished watching Usagi Drop. It was super gooooood. I cried, laughed and had a great time. :3 Afterwards, I read the entire manga series and I was kind of disappointed by the ending. Aside from that, it was an above average series as a whole and pretty realistic.

Not that I want to start a stream vs download argument, but space is a crappy issue since even if it is that much of a problem, you cn just delete it.
Anyways, holy ***Kyoukai Senjou no Horizon ep 5 was absolutely amazing.

I was watching this lengthy anime called "Monster", it was pretty good. I made it to episode 45/74 before I started playing L.A. Noire and got side tracked.
It's good, pretty engaging, with an action/mystery/horror storyline.
Only problem is it starts to introduce a *** ton of characters and gets sort of convoluted.
But for you Narutards, I think the voice of Kenzo Tenma is the same guy that voices Gaara (or however you spell his name.)
I'd suggest checking it out, though.
