x-perl is pretty good completely changes your UI making it less gay
titan panel is also a good way to track your gold and other things
omen (EG stuff) is a threat meter grid if you are a healer (imo way better then healbot if you know what that is) postal is a mail addon to open/destroy certain mail, umm powerauras is also cool for trinket and talent procs (mostly EG) questhelper, carbonite (carbonite can track all the quest you have done if you are going for loremaster/seeker) you can go to curse.com and look at the top downloads overall and for your class but the ones i listed i either used at one time while leveling or currently use along with a few other not listed ones but those are for EG and someone that has many alts

yup it should lol kinda happy that means my DK can finally have runes up instead of having to auto attack xD took long enough to give rune regen to tanks

question to my WoWers lol with the current expansion (Wrath of the lich king) do you think its easier to play wow or ffxi with its current state of game?

Depends on what you mean by play. When it comes to Solo FFXI is much harder. When it comes to endgame WoW is harder.(Because there are more things you need to look out for.)

Wow is easy with a small party, FF is too.

overall was my question really, i mean yeah ffxi is by far harder to solo due to quests not giving you xp from what i remember due to me quitting the game july of 09 for wow, got completely bored of FFXI. Played the game for 5 years and it was time for a change i guess i mean ive been playing wow for 6 years now and im still not bored with wow mainly because EG is 1000 times better overall due to the fact that you can do so much more in wow. On a given day you have about 20 raid leaders looking for members for all types of raids or bgs where right now on ffxi its all about abyeesa and thats just boring as hell imo doing 1 thing over and over all day long is boring lol where as in wow even while leveling you can go do a raid or a dungeon in ffxi there really isnt leveling outside trying to go for the new cap wow you have people leveling alts every single day.

It's really hard to do an overall with so many things that are factors, and personal opinion.

I think FFXI is for closet masochists.
