I don't know if it has to be a tally when the event is going on (cause the event isn't over yet) but I do not believe your nation has to be in first. Just need all 3 vendor prickets in ur mog house at tally time.

some people do enjoy doing the "Side games" in MMOs like this, I personally only do Seasonal Events when there's a new item available, no matter how useless, since it inevitably becomes storeable.

But i hear, really, it helps if you have friends to do it with you. I enjoy them so much probably because i always do them with my GF, i'd imagine a person without friends to do it with would find them boring.

That and I'm a sucker for furnishings, I love decorating my mog house for different holidays, especially Halloween.

Either way, Its sometimes nice to take a break from the same routine and do these things, my favorite is the shooting gallery in the bastok events. *** Pixies.
