Just want to say thanks for all the different views & various gear-sets shown in this thread.
I'm a firm believer in keeping an open mind & experimenting & had it not been for all these my Blu would be very sad indeed. I'm still a newb where Blu is concerned with lots to learn still but having loads of fun getting there so please keep all the advice & gearsets coming I'm not the only one who benefits from them I'm sure.
Ok, here's my latest CDC set & after reading Conah's post have changed my atma to GH/SS/RR from Onimpotent/RR/VV [hangs head in shame], ok I thought had to pile on Dex but after reading now understand why not.
I am now turning out 4-6k in Aby with 100tp with aftermath reaching nearly 600 on some hits & quite happy with that.
Current gear set is this, do you think Kacura +1 feet would make that much difference ?

And yeah kacura much better.

Worth noting you might not see that much difference with Kacura+1 in Abyssea since your crit rate is really high in there (And possibly fSTR capped?), but they are better outside so they're definitely worth getting.

Also yeah, RR SS Apoc or RR GH Apoc, not RR GH SS.

Edit: I really prefer RR SS Apoc, makes for some really nice heavy strike and quadrastrikes!
