I prefer ebonhoof and sanguine scythe for tanking. Mostly because, it's impossible for the most part to get 1 shotted when you have over 4k HP.

I've yet to find a situation where 2,500HP isn't already overkill, but Impregnable tower is better than either Sanguine Scythe or Ebonhoof.


My personal favorite combo on BST is.

Atma of the Mounted Champion + Atma of the Voracious Violet. Pet survivability skyrockets and dps with VV is as good as ever. Depending on the Target, Atma of the Cloak and Dagger can really help with Yuly Tanking.

Depends on what your PDIF is; The closer your PDIF is to cap the lesser the impact of critical hits.
The atma still increases the damage done by crits. So it would still be fairly noticeable regardless of your PDIF.

Does increase crit damage exceed pdif cap?

Don't have impregnable tower, but yes it is. I'm going by the ones I've actually obtained.

I've seen tanks die with over 2,500. But at the same time, if everyone in your alliance has 2 atmas active, abyssea is a huge joke anyway.

thanks guys ! Havent found a group yet to get those atmas but hopefully will soon =) they look AMAZING!

side note~ I do have all but 3 of the mission based atmas .-.
