Is this as in most needed because your looking to level something or just most useful in general
id say if trying to level something to fill a gap (never find enough of these jobs)

If you mean just most useful in general wouldn't be able to pick a list of 3. Pretty much need a balanced group of DD's, blm rdm whm, smn, brd, tank etc for most things in game (unless you want to run in a circle for 2 hours casting bio >_>.

Stuns, Sleepga II, Magic bursts, damage in general? and when they are weakened they aren't completely useless.

It's normally more efficient to have another BRD or a DNC instead of a COR @ melee.

idk, most wanted and most useful are pretty much equivalent in my eyes. BLU makes a better job for capping azure in traditional party setups, BRD can sleep most things... it basically comes down to Sleepga for frogs and capping azure light via -aga in Fell Cleave burns (can still cap with BLU, who's useful during the latter portion of the burn via AoE stuns/flash), though my opinion of BLM on NMs may be subject to debate.

I don't particularly rate BLM myself, but people are stupid about it. Another fact is that most BLM I've played with are pretty bad.
