Avatar's Favor

I had posted a similar topic with the previous level cap raise with little success. My question is, has a new tier of avatar favor buffs been found? with the increased levels and gear we can get summoning skill easily into the 350+ range. I would also like to know if anyone has finished and tesed the enhances avatar favor af3 horn.
