ppl are still looking into the items needed for the AF3 and the upgrades not too much info on wiki or BG but there will be some soon :o

i got tantra seal: legs from popped nm colibri in abyssea misereaux coast
not sure what to do with it

I think you need 6 of those seals to upgrade to +1. However I haven't looked into where you start that process.
