From an oak tree? Actually check wiki. Seems like they're obtained exclusively from Choco Digging or Logging in certain zones.

What are you trying to make? If it's for skill-ups there's probably a better option, I avoid cookies/pies like the plague cause they're a pain in the *** to collect mats for and AH's prices are typically skewed towards HQing them...

These r a pain to get, say skip it and when Windy in 1st on ur nation go to Ness Rugetomal Windurst Waters F-10 and buy the cookies :D
