otherwise your just on a sentinel/flash from /pld
which as pld SJ your divine magic is going to be capped at 118

in tank party setting, cover is garbage, the only other person to cover is the other tank since the rest of the party is all support

Was just thinking that too, Stun isn't based off of main job's skill, can't remember if Flash is, but either way it offers less benefits, even if it does land. The chance that a mob can hit you still exists with flash, with stun you have a lot better chance of getting Ichi off.

No. It has high innate macc, but anyone who's fought your namesake can tell you skill affects Stun. As for Ichi, eh... Stun won't always stick long enough to help, so it evens out.

I see that a lot of ppl dont change staves when they stun either.
