Fav. lesser known movies
Not really sure if this is unknown amongst the adult age group, but my friends have never heard of it and never want to watch it. The Princess Bride, its not a chick flick, its a comedy.
True Romance, Brad Pitt's character is hilarious. All around fun movie, it may have been big when it was new, but I hadn't seen it till recently.
I love The Princess Bride. It was funny. I know a few people knew about it.
Remora.Kiishim said: Eternal Sunshine of a Spotless Mind. Has Jim Carry and Elijah Wood. I probably spelled his name wrong, but it's okay cause he's a homo. Awesome movie though. the fisher king with robyn williams
another one I liked but was sad.. the basketball diaries

Gilgamesh.Kamara said: I forget the name >< but does anyone remember that korean film set in the veitnam war... where a bunch of veitnamise soldiers come across a haunted house in the middle of nowhere... Much blood and guts ensues. Quite an epic, I must say. After a little googlin' the movie is called R-Point I believe. Found it interesting and I might decide to watch it some time. Leviathan.Revgrigor said: Old Boy is a really good/messed up South Korean movie. oh i loved that movie. me and my roommate in college would watch random movies on netflix every night and that was one of the ones we watched. also, the machine girl was a hilarious japanese movie. Caitsith.Raolin said: Yeah that's a great movie. Not sure if this counts but nobody I know has really seen it, but I really like Punch Drunk Love. While we're on "underrated serious-Sandler movies"...Reign Over Me was really good imo. The Fall by Tansem Singh was effing crazy cool, not sure how well known it is but I loved it.
Arahan if you can find it is a quirky martial arts film, pretty humerous in parts. And you'll be filled with a need to find someone to teach you Palm Blast after it! 2002: Chinese movie, terrible martial arts sequences, bad FX, wire work and some crazy make-up jobs, but all-in-all a kind of cute story and worth the watch, even if it's just to check out the aforementioned bad fight scenes and to pay homage to Paper-chan, the baddest mofo in the crafting world! @ Kamara: My room-mate in college had me watch Y tu Mama Tabien and I have to say it was probably one of the best foreign movies I've seen, laughed my *** off at some parts, would definitely watch a bajillion times more. How about Equilibrium? Most would think Batman and The Dark Knight when you hear of Christian Bale, but Equilibrium was pretty darn good in my opinion.

Definitely a great flick, fantastic acting and the fight scenes were just <3 See, I'm not so expendable! If you listen to the commentary, The directors stated they had some more fighting concepts that they didn't want to use for that movie D: (loved the last fight too!)

I haaaate kid actors but I think the kid that played Bale's son in there did a great and convincing job too. Yeah, definiately love the acting on both the kid and Bale's. Don't get me wrong, both of his Batman movies were good, but in this one, he appearted more tough by being slightly more reserved lol.

Aaand 'Requiem for a Dream' Hard Candy
Excellent performances from both Ellen Page and Patrick Wilson, and an altogether great film. Nevet meet anyone who's seen it =( Cannibal! The Musical, Orgasmo and Baseketball. They're Matt Stone and Trey Parkers movies from before they got famous for South Park and they are hilarious.
Atta boy Sicc! Life Aquatic was great! Rushmore was okay too, a little awkward.
