Rajas Ring ~

I have a Rajas ring equipped in on one of my items sets for SAM75. And I realized that in the 'summary' for the gains/loss you get from the equipped gear it has 3 less STR+ than I have on my char. I am assuming it's because the idea that Item Sets cannot tell what level I am, so it goes to the lowest possible +STR, whereas Rajas adds STR+2~5(every 15 levels after 30). Is there anyway to let the Item Sets know you are Lv.75 which would make Rajas give the max amount of +STR?
