How serious is it to be reported for negative attitude? I am not even sure why it happened, I did not talk at all during the match except to say "sry ashe" when I couldn't keep her alive at one point. I even had one of my team mates tell me I did a good job, then I go to the homepage and find I have been reported :(

Am I only one who gets scared when this happens? Expecting it to come crashing down in a series of losses.

Will be fine if that was all you said, I've been reported several times for "Negitive attitude" when all I said was GG or sry.

I'm starting to think I should've got the movement + quint already, & I think I bought em' all friday.

it's rather odd, you get reported at the stupidest times, but in this case it's even wierder since you guys won... usually the rage report occurs when you lose, however don't sweat it usually when you don't say anything, people who look at the cases see you said nothing then say "how is that negative attitude" besides I know a ton of ppl that are *** when they play get reported and nothing happens XD

The AD marks and quints will get a lot of use, not so much on the seals or glyphs. I recommend picking up some armor seals and magic resist glyphs as they are universally useful.

Disclaimer: ADC is not my best role. Your choices are pretty intuitive but a simpler page might serve you better in the long run. I'll give it a shot at explaining the reasoning behind some choices.

Generally I'd move away from crit/attack speed runes and focus more in flat armor/mr for yellows and blues (i'd suggest armor yellow and mr blue, because yellows give better armor and blues give better mr, but you can make it work either way), and armorpen and attack damage for reds and quints, whichever way you feel comfortable filling them in.

AS isn't going to win you early games, especially if you're focused on farming. Crit is too rng to rely on early with how little you can actually stack versus how much time you should spend dueling, and the amount you get in items mid-late game means you won't feel the impact so much later on.

Armor is good for early game dueling/minion resist, and mr is good for support pokes, and some ganks. The added bonus is that if you're starting out early on rune pages armor/mr work out for almost any position.

Armor pen will help reduce minion resist early, as well as increase your damage to champs, and because of the way armor scales will still help you late game. AD will increase your early damage, and still be useful into late game.

I've been a terrible person in this game more than a few times and worst I've ever got was a warning that I was getting a reporting streak.

If you've noticed a trend and you're worried just keep your mouth shut a few games and it'll pass. riot is looking for behavior trends more than reports.

looking at that pic seems you and ashe did fine, so dont worry much about it.
for better or worst, a random report wont get you in trouble.

i've probably been reported a million times and nothing ever happened. you should be safe. i'm much worse than you i assure.

Good to know it is nothing to worry about. Just had a terrible match where everyone on my team was just ramming their heads into the enemy towers and committing suicide. When that wasn't happening there was this crazy Twitch on the other team that had like 35 kills, was just attacking so fast I had no chance to react anytime he jumped us.

get ready for a lot of that. i've gone 14-3-8 in the first 20 minutes in ranked and still lost cause of derps.

This is the base page for an ADC nowadays. Start with Doran's Blade, get a Vampiric Scepter asap = you can lane/outtrade forever.

Attack speed is usually something you want to avoid, especially in runes. Due to S3 changes, AS has much less efficiency than AD. This is why, outside of Vayne, ADCs only build one AS item (not counting BOTRK, and it's due to the fact that most ADCs have an AS steroid already).

Regarding Crit, never go "crit damage" and if you want to have "crit chance", only ever buy one mark of it. Due to how the game works, your 1% will actually be worth more (I don't have an exact value as nobody ever gave it).

Arpen is situationally interesting, but this is diving into technical ***.

How many times, especially in ranked, have I gone through a "rage victory". Everyone insulting each other, we literally ***on the enemy team being like "yeah, see how I destroy them? *** you".

Always ends up in a 5 ways report.

On Vamp scepter, If you go back and all you can afford is a vamp sure you can get one, but in any other situation get a pickaxe(for infinity edge or w/e) or a BF sword as your first item, generally you shouldn't be out of lane if you can't afford either

and if you actually aren't shitty you'll be able to out trade someone who has a vamp scepter while you have a BF sword by following one simple secret that i'll share with you
that and on certain ADCs your start item will be different, some get IE first(Caitlyn, Ashe, Twitch do this very well as examples), some get BT first(people like graves and MF scale very well with AD, making this a great first choice) and some get BoRK(I've seen lots of Trists and vaynes do this) so unless the first item you get builds out of a vamp you're going to set yourself back by getting one

The reason you'd get IE over BT in situations when playing Cait or Ashe or Twitch are either because you're twitch and you're going to be shitting on an entire team at the same time with enhanced crits or you're not going to get enough out of the BT's AD to outdamage another AD who gets one. As an example the other day my friend was playing ashe and he rushed a BT because he was ahead, and the other team's ADC(who i think was MF) also built one. We lost the following team fights because we didn't have enough damage output come from our ADC. That's just because ashe doesn't scale all that well with the BT first when comparing it to an IE

There is no real "100% of the time" with builds, though that number isn't far off

And there was some chinese ADC who ran a crit run in every event and it didnt go off once in laning phase, it's something you can do i guess but doesn't matter much

though i did hear about a graves player who had a strategy revolving around crit runes, he would "fish for crits" and as soon as he got one he'd either flash or quickdraw depending on the level, and ignite+buckshot the person he crit. That is far less effective now that barrier is taken a lot by adcs. But knowing how most people play you'd probably kill them before they know what is happening. But still it probably would be a bad idea to run an ADC page full of crit runes

pretty much all of this(not the crit runes part) depends on matchups though, but most of the time there isn't much change in builds just because of what champion you're playing on

like if you were going to go IE on Graves first as opposed to BT it wouldn't necessarily be terrible, but he scales so much better off of AD and might need the sustain of the BT due to his short range that it makes much more sense to rush a BT on him

You also need to look at what either team has, not everything is laning phase so people who only pick to "counter lane" especially in say, ranked 5s, just don't make much sense to me. I can completely understand not wanting to play someone like Karthus into the enemy having like Lee Sin in mid because Lee Sin sort of shits on karthus if they're in the same lane. But Karthus is a late game pick who you generally don't pick to win lane on

which is why picking someone like cait into graves could be a bad idea, she generally can't kill beefy targets with too much ease(I say this because she can kill them, but it will take more AA's to do so late game if they are really really beefy because she has no Innate steroid besides the extra damage on headshots) but could be good into a dive team of bruisers who don't build super beefy because of her range and mobility, so don't just look at your lane partner pay attention to the whole of the enemy team and if you're forced to pick your ADC first go with a safe pick which caitlyn can be, but be aware she can fall off late game.

I just played with an angry 12yo. You get used to it at some point but I really wonder how people can be so angry when playing video games.

I mean, I can be salty as *** depending on the situation but down right angry, no.

After playing a few PvP matches I went back to play against bots to try out another champion (which got taken before I could try it anyway) and... my team... well... Let's just say I can understand why people wouldn't want to go back to playing bots.

all i can say is, *** premades that rock a galio/malph team comp in blind pick. the extreme level of annoyance and rage that gives you. galio, malph, nasus, singed, and tf. so *** lame. they all slow you until you're grouped together for a an aoe face kick.

Bots are fine, you just need to go in with the "1v5" mindset.

And be ready to use the /mute all command at any moment.
