I think it's a nice change from normal, after so much time of playing normal it's nice to have a new kind of rush mode. Not to mention it's a completely different type of character meta which is nice :D

I'm trying Dominion and I have no clue how to even do it.
Well that is if it ever actually puts me in a game. Aprox waiting time says 12 seconds, been over 3 minutes now <_<

Wahh the only people on my friends list that are online are in game. I'm a noob, lets play.
I cannot get in a single match. I've tried like all the 5x5 options and the timer just sits there counting.

Seems something on my end is screwed up, I can't even join a game with Stik, he goes to champions select I stay in the room.
Fixed, I guess. For whatever reason, firewall started blocking the game, even though I've been playing for days. And damnit now I don't have time to play -.-

That happened to me before with some people I was lanning with. It's just messed up, have you tried restarting? I feel bad, but I don't remember how we fixed it.

Domi is a lot of fun, but it isnt balanced. It is impractical to balance the heros for SR and this, its two completely different games. It doesnt make some heros unusable, but it definitely favors some champions over others.
There is no practical way to balance the heros for both games, its taken them two years to get to this semi-balanced state, but everyday people *** about broken chars. Expecting them to not only get it, but have it perfect by any means for every champ this soon in the game is unreasonable.
Anyway, I love it, I play so much teemo in 5v5's I get bored ending games 31-6 and carrying everyone, have you ever tried carrying a team as teemo? He never gets to that point by money alone. Dominion gives you a place to play heros to a strong build, without hoping you can facerool with someone your no good with.

kay Am confused and can't find answer online :| What's with my random IP/XP spikes? I got 155 XP 263 IP on a 11/11/7 game, and 86 XP and 57 IP on a 12/2/9 game?<.< Wasn't my first game win either. D:

Wow.. just played a Dominion match. It was a fairly close game the whole time. My team got ahead by a good amount then the other team took the lead. We ended up stopping our health at 1 while they still had 87. Their Twitch dc'd, we aced them, and then took their nexus down to 0 while ours still had 1 health.. League can be intense.

It takes into account how long the match lasted when rewarding you with your IP.
Just played my first Dominion match, did way better then I thought I was going to.. I pretty much had the same scores everyone else did (I had 6 point captures highest anyone else had at least on my team, was 9, 11 kills 4 deaths [one of those was just cuz the match was almost over and I was running in trying to get some more kills cuz the other team was all really low and clustered together])
Dominion is pretty fun, but I still highly prefer the classic.

I'm still working onbeing good I'm lvl 11 and lost my one and only 3v3 PvP. So sad. ONE DAY. Until then Ill continue dominating in Ai. >.<
It's best to jump into the PvP.
The Ai is good to play on, but soon you'll be level 20 and even more behind then you would be if you had been playing with others.

I'm only level 10 I do okay in PvP, just need to find someone you're good at (or at least whoever you're best at) and play their strengths.. Also, don't get antsy and make hasty decisions, they usually always end bad, I still take the gamble of chasing someone with no visible bar of health through a full wave of minions and right passed the turret hoping to take them down, dunno why I do, it rarely works but something in my brain is like "CHASE THEM DOWN! YOU CAN DO IT!"
