"Ez are you scared?", from a bruiser, while I terminate his nexus, as I kite him around the nexus, spamming /laugh. Then I commence to /dance my hologram on his nexus, so his humiliation has been set in stone. 4v5 and still pulled off a perfect match with a win.
my first game on fiddle in over a week.

Tomorrow I will, I will add you :o
If I ever have a son, I'll call him Darius. Or Jayce, whichever isn't banned. Should call his brother Draven.
Cerberus.Eugene said: » Should call his brother Draven. Okay...I probably shouldn't be complaining about this, but is anyone else getting just a little annoyed with people asking people to honor them? Yeah, people's attitudes in this game have changed for the better which is so nice. Why are you asking me to give you accolades for your behavior?
It just grated me a little that in the two matches I was in last night, someone on both teams was frothing at the mouth about earning a ribbon. When I jump on, I don't read through updates or anything posted on the site (shame on me), but am I missing something? Is there some incentive for honor, or is it a ribbon? When people ask, I'm not going to do it. Especially if they've been blah blah blahing about through out the match. I'm definitely not shy about giving praise either. Maybe I'm just a little cynical, but it seems as though the ribbons are becoming a *** measuring contest. We went from cross-team douche-baggery, to intra-team douche-baggery, and now "OMG! RIBBONS! FABULOUS!!!" (/glitter fingers). I just don't like the audacity of people who ask for praise, and it seems to me that these are the same types that acted an *** no more than a couple of months ago. I just have the mental image of WW and Volibear screaming, "*** YOU! I'm the friendliest! This ribbon says so!" at each other. Anyhow, just wondering if anyone else has been rubbed the wrong way by this. Children asking for honors so that they can brag "I have over 150 Honorable opponent, I must be a much better player than you who only has 70".
I find this pathetic but I just ignore it. I haven't given out a single honor since the system was introduced, and I probably will never give any. When you reach a specific amount, you get a ribbon on the character select screen and loading screen. The ribbon is found in a corner of your character picture. Red is for honorable opponent, and can only be on opponents, green is Teamwork, and can only be seen on a team mate. You cannot see your own ribbon, anywhere. This is why everyone and their grandmothers are always like "DID/DO I HAVE A RIBBON??????". I'm happy when I get honor and I actually acted that way (I got a few helpful/friendly honors when I didn't deserve them at all, which defeat the purpose), but I never ask or even talk about it in-game. I wanted to give a friendly honor once, but the guy was on the other team so the option wasn't available, it should be changed imo. I'm not gonna change my behaviour for this, at least. Thank God/Buddha/Vishnu/whatever that I'm not the only one who sees this! I knew it wasn't some weird need for adulation. Glad someone is annoyed that people found another way to pathetically wave something in other people's faces, as meaningless as the ribbon is.
Again, glad they took the time to make the gaming experience better, but I don't like being asked to do something I was already going to do anyway? It just seems ridiculously needy of people when I was already suspicious of this scenario... Cerberus.Senkyuutai said: » Children asking for honors so that they can brag "I have over 150 Honorable opponent, I must be a much better player than you who only has 70". ...since people have the gall to ask to be honored, and not take it as a genuine expression of appreciation for friendliness, teamwork, etc. Sorry. Ranting. That was a little unnerving last night though. I'll give honors to everyone if there's no ***-talking and the game is a close game. I'll give individual honors to players who do a good job of being team-work oriented, or exceptional players with a good attitude. No other times.
Caitsith.Shiroi said: » I honor nobody, just report when it's needed. Everyone should have a honorable behavior, I'm not going to "reward" people for being nice when they should always be. I honor people. I just don't do it if they ask me to. I'm with you on the idea that sportsmanship should always be displayed. (Granted, I have run my mouth (Errrmmm...Fingers?) off a couple of times while drunk and provoked. :/ My version of that is more...Okay...Let's take this to a goofy direction rather than an insulting one.) I was just annoyed with people obsessing over ribbons last night. I know I probably shouldn't be though. /shrug Just on my mind. i never honor anyone. i do however report particularly douchey players.
Ragnarok.Hevans said: » honor pls :D!!!!! I've already honored you! :P You're not one of those bonerheads that asks for it though. Oh! Question! So, I wasn't really paying a whole lot of attention, but you can't honor people on your FL more than once, or am I wrong? How would that be put into the equation too? You can continuously honor people you play with. Idk how it factors.
