I've switched from Yi to Kennen, after having my *** absolutely handed to me in mid while attempting the reverse match-up.
Enjoying the hell out of him so far.

Seriously! He's an excellent minion farmer, a hell of a good carry in late game, has crazy range, can stun at will (if you keep your counts right), and has a super armored, hard to hit escape hatch on like... a 6 second cooldown.
Plus, I like lightning-based zappies on general principle.
Only downside I've seen to him is that his ult is kinda worthless unless you're in a group situation. You'll just get facepwnd before it has a chance to do anything otherwise.

I'm the same way with Cait. It's probably because I already have my 2 ranged that I use and one of them (MF) was my main for a long time. I love Ashe, it's fun sniping people on the other side of the map!
I'm more of a mage type person myself. But since Talon is coming out soon I'm switching to more up in your face champs to be ready.
