Everyone was fed to ***, made more sense to get some more survivability at that point. I don't hurp durp around getting armor because I don't know what's going on :p The game was over an hour in, their team was 4 to 1 ad to ap. The combo actually let me kill two people under the turret and survive, I just don't know how I killed fiora while in stasis.
No I didn't have red, or anything else that should have ticked down to kill him. I guess the only explanations is some rogue minion spam, but it was a fairly significant portion of his health.

It's not a usual purchase for me, but the game depended more on survivability at that point than raw damage. They were straight ad, not mr, so i didn't need items to punch through defense though the hundred ap on the zhonyas was a nice bonus. Being ap i was frequent target, i could do more damage at that point by living longer.

Guardian Angel would be better than thornmail. AP's generally can't soak up enough damage to make use of a thornmail.

sigh i love retards in ranked... i just got rolled on kog which never happens, because this stupid xin zhao jungle did nothing to help and mid had no control over lane and lb was constantly in my lane :|

Except when you're running and shooting someone with Frost Arrows and Heimerdinger follows you the whole way not doing anything until 50hp then shoots his rockets.
Maybe he only just got in range at the last 50 HP. Heimer isn't known for his speed.

Never really liked teemo as a char since he was so squishy in most matches that I saw him, but 90% of my matches Ive died the least amount on both teams, so I hope to get even better at him offensively now that I think I can play him rather well defensively.

well i understand teemo is the shroom warding but i mean like from a jungler's perspective.
when I come to gank i give a heads up to the people in the lane and they bait or assist. But the problem is tho its like I come in for the gank, do damage, pull out and then they go to their tower or bush to b, while someone else comes into the lane and starts to fight me while i try to run or engage and they just sit there and continue to farm or w/e. Same goes when I invade their jungle and I have to get away from their jungler. Really helps if mid lane or w/e lane thats closests makes some effort to try to save instead of leaving the jungler to die.
And another thing that ticks me is that solo lanes such as bot or top seem to never check the mini map when they got clear vision(from wards) whats comming into their lane from the river/bush as they continue to farm unless someone pings a thousand times

thornmail is generally HELP I AM TRAPPED IN 2006 PLEASE SEND A TIME MACHINE unless:
1. you have the effective or huge hp pool to actually live long enough to have the magic damage actually take effect. its hard countered by low hp on your part and decent life steal/MRes on the enemy's part.
2. carry has a reason to target you

just dominated in a rank game with shen. built cloth armor to counter olaf top lane. ww jungle with yi and mf bot lane. went straight for thornmail. wrecked the whole game.
