So basically as it stands we know this:
1. Talktalk DO have an issue.
2. Talktalk say they DONT have an issue.
3. Talktalk have had problems connecting to FFXI in the past.
4. Talktalk said they didnt have problems.
5. Talktalk eventually fessed up they were having issues.
6. Talktalk doesnt take this into account.
7. Talktalk are not going to look into the issue.
Seems to me that we need to spread some word of mouth talktalk hate and all get onto Ofcom.
Can someone post the link to the complaints for talktalk?
Can someone even call POL and complain to them?

when this hppened in 2007, when how long did it last for then? since it was obviously fixed then.
it lasted for several weeks i believe.
I just phoned up to get sky to take over my phone and broadband, TalkTalk unbundled our lines by using there own equipment apparently so its not an easy switch over like it would have been coming right from BT.
Its a £40 charge to get my line changed over and they say its 3 weeks before ill get internet with them but at least its a step in the right dirrection.

I am having this issue now. it got to the point they wanted me to remove my phone socket casing to check stuff i gave up. Few weeks to fix it huh. Awesome.

I found btw you can play indefinitely if every time you zone you refresh your network channel works fine. Sadly it still takes 30 secs to zone and occ still dc. If you plan to stay in 1~2 zones try that. I decided to go have a life till it was fixed tho.
Either it gets fixed or I burn TalkTalk to the ground. Simples :D
Been with TalkTalk for only about 3 months after switching over from an appauling BT service and now this =/ Wander if theres away to get out of the contract fee if i have to switch agan due to their complete incompatence.
they are not providing a service. id use that.

Well we have been suffering this shambles for almost 5 days now...!
Arrrghhh This is really f**king me off now!! Iv just moved back in with my parents who use talktalk b4 i moved out 2 yrs ago everything worked fine, then i signed up to sky.. no problems then virgin media.. no problems now back to this and it frigging breaks n they dnt wana fix it!!
Since we get our TV from sky im just guna switch ISP to them, theyve always been good with me so il give them a call 2mz.

nobody here has been on legitimately since Wednesday the 28th.
My connection with Virgin Media has been pretty ***over the last few weeks, I can only log in to FF for an hour or so before I get R:0 for 10-20 seconds happens every 5 minutes or so...

Same, my entire internet connection has been dieing randomly for the last few days now and it just took me 4 attempts to log in. The connection works when I restart the router but there is nothing wrong with the network, just the internet connection.
