New Favor Cap?

Hello guys ^^, long time lurker, my main question is for some of the smns with elite smn skill gear. I'm missing legs b-staff and cape, so I'm far from optimal, which brings me to my question. Has a new avatar favor tier been reached? cause not having free diabolos refreshing pty pretty much killed favors in my book. (unless its the avatar's day)
