Party Experiance Points

I was recenly in a party level syced to 34. We were killing tough mobs but I was only getting 34 - 40 exp per kill. We were doing pages from the Fields of Valor book. Did the new update adjust experiance distribution while doing pages in a party? I can't understand why we weren't getting more exp points.

Solo, T mobs only grant about 120~160 EXP. So that EXP sounds about right for a 4 person group.
