Achievement Points/ranking Not Displaying

ever since the update, the box displaying achievement points and rank that is normally in the upper right corner of my profile is just not there at all. My character still updates, and if you look at the top characters list for my server, my name and rank/achievement points are visible there. But for w/e reason it doesn't display on my profile page anymore. Tried the usual troubleshooting methods posted on the forums as well with no success.

The "Hide Achievements" flag now applies to your ranking at top right of your profile as well as the achievements tab. This is not a bug.

Hi, my achievements tab and rankings are not showing up at all and my "Hide Achievements" setting is set to "No" and has been for a long time.... not sure how to fix this... i tried setting it to hide, saving, and then setting it back to no, and it still does not show up

You have your jobs set to private on the ls community.

but my jobs show up on my ffxiah profile just fine.... and I double checked, jobs were set to viewable by community members only so I changed it...but it did not make my achievements and rankings show up.

I have the same issue. Nothing is set to private, points use to update just fine until about a week or so ago. Around the same time I started using guild work >.>

same here and for lots of members of my ls its just not updating yet everything is set to public and it was working fine.

Some members points are not displaying at all and i have triple checked their settings. The ls total points is a long way off what it should be also just from the members who are showing under the achievments section.

Any ideas on how to fix this would be great!

Same issue here

If you log on to LS community the first thing you'll see is an advisory that they're having issues pushing this information out.

That's cute and all that LS community is having trouble but all the information is making it to the profiles, the points are just not updating.

Yeah, a few people in my LS have said they are having the same issues delineated above. I tried to troubleshoot the problems with them, and it seems they all have everything set up correctly.
