You don't suck just need to work on spacing and using Ftitls instead of smash smash smash and.... Do ppl really hate EDGE GUARDING in smash? >.> its half of what makes smash so amazing compared to other fighters... espicially in brawl where the sweet spot is the size of texas not allowing real agressive play from on stage to prevent the grab >.>

I chose Cheapachu to mess with Gats.
But I see that him not getting Zero suit made him have to suicide, because he couldn't get off on Samus's zero suit and whip. Pervy little teen mind. :/

Thandar just learn to use Ftilt, because there is no lag after a aerial in brawl u can Nair or Fair into a Ftilt once u land, has super prio and range, save smashes for 70%+ and u will kill almost every time with Ike
Edge guarding is mainly what people who aren't good in close ranged combat do. Or if someone is just bored. Only time I ever do edge guard pikachu is when I'm bored, and want to mess around. But usually I will get up in the action and fight.
