what server would this be held on?

Also i would suggest a server that doesnt have much competition in the HNM scene.
First I will be monitoring every server over a couple weeks, determine averages, and make a careful decision on which server would be best to inject a new Linkshell to. Some servers have no room, therefore it will be unfair to make any suggestions at this time.

You also mentioned about a unique AH-system to distro. the items. I can see that flawed due to the fact that not everyone has gil. how would someone that has 500k to their name compete with someone that has 5mil?
Much like points, when a member is new to a Linkshell they have 0, whereas situated members have a significant advantage over them for a long period of time. Personally I think it is not flawed at all, there is no bias, as many experience in a priority system, and if a player really wants an item they themselves determine its value. As for the players who do not have money? They simply turn up to events and collect Gil and make their "bid" at a later time, much like a point system.
After managing a couple successful Linkshells I know first hand that once a member acquires all their desired items they begin to lose motivation, skip events, stop camping windows, and move on or quit the game, losing veteran players is common in Linkshells and is always a heavy blow to morale and the Linkshells image. Every type of member is catered for: poor, rich, new, and old. The system I have devised I believe will attract all types of players, Rich players will be able to receive their much desired items sooner, Poor players will be subject to hordes of monetary gains, Old players will continue to obtain a positive cash flow to pursue their own course whether its a Relic, a Mythic or something different all together. As time progresses and items become less and less wanted, measures will be implemented to introduce a Item Request scheme that opens to the public which I managed in a previous Linkshell with great success.
There will always be a consistent amount of Gil being distributed to each and every member. Although yes much with any system there are some negative factors, the Gil distribution at first will be somewhat slow as time will be needed to build member coffers. I predict that once the Linkshell becomes active I see a Linkshell member making anywhere between 3-4 million Gil a week on average and anywhere between 6-10million depending on claim and/or luck of drops.
