Yeah, Apollo's Staff is mainly for hardcore WHMs BRDs and BSTs. Great for landing repose, lullaby and charm, but certainly not a necessity, especially not for SMN. Anyways, to stay on topic, another thing that grinds my gears are bandwagon job players. Those who play a job for the sake of being popular or with the most "powerful" job and swing with the tide of the nerf hammer every update.

Also people who praise and badmouth certain pieces of gear without even possessing let alone testing them out and to no end will refuse open minded concepts simply because they went to BG or read off wiki. Those kinda people grind my gears too.
