From what I gathered, the bard didn't even give it a chance. If they had gotten to try it, it -would- have been 30k/hr. And hell, one swing from an Apoc Dark Knight or Amano SAM should have pulled it off the bard without issue. That was just a stupid JP.
And yeah, /war or GTFO, unless you're extremely limited in healing or something strange.
