Mussels can be fished up in Foret De Hennetiel with Robber Rig or Rogue Rig @ D-11 or the secret beach at J-11

*Note you will need to finish the Quest "I'm on a Boat" to receive the key items watercraft & watercrafting in order to travel around the zone efficiently

Fished up pretty easily (eyeballed a 50%+ rate) with a Halcyon Rod and Crayfish balls

Found in Foret de Hennetiel on beaches I like secret beach J-11 where waves hit the rocks on shore. Robber Rig and Rogue Rig. Also note need watercraft and watercrafting to get to beach sections.
