This is Pimp ranged food,makes a huge difference on my sam/rng,i would lean more toward the 25%,and cap has to be around 80+ to make such a difference in my racc and ratt

From testing on most of the new Seekers mobs I had a 70/100 hit rate over the 58/100 hit rate using sole sushi on cor with Armageddon. I don't think the ranged accuracy is far below the 25% mark but I do believe it is capped, leading to believe the +1s may uncap it.
