Some may disagree but this is still a viable skill up item in Woodworking. From skill level 72.9 to 73.5 I spent a total of 14k (99k for materials, 17/18 successful synths selling to NPC for 4,998 each (~85k)). That's pretty cheap for just over half a level in Artisan rank.
