Tip for any cooks that would like to use this as a substitute for Gold Lobsters in the Seafood Stew recipe: you'll need to use entirely "eastern" variants of seafood if you do, so don't think that you can just change out your Gold Lobster for an Istakoz and it'll be okay.
In other words, change Gold Lobster for Istakoz, Nebimonite for Ahtapot, and Shall Shell for Istiridye and it'll work fine! Just a word of warning since Gold Lobsters are somewhat difficult to come by, at least on my server.
